“Who knows what to expect from Sumbawanga”, they said. Well, we knew for a fact that it was a town thirsty for Sayona Twist and even thirstier for a Jipooze Concert, and so we went. It was on the 23rd of February at the Nelson Mandela grounds and you could almost taste the excitement in the air as the fans waited for the artists to start entertaining them one by one. The connection between the crowd and the artists was a sight to see and it only got better when Harmonize a.k.a Konde Boy graced the stage with his presence. The fans cried, they screamed, they laughed and when it was all done, they spoke on about how Sayona Twist’s Jipooze Concert was one of a kind.
